Dear Introducer,
New countries covered
With British people looking to buy property in more and
more different markets we have added to the number of
countries that you can offer property insurance cover in.
You can now offer insurance for property in the
following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France,
Greece, Cyprus, Ireland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Austria,
Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary,
Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia,
South Africa, Switzerland and The United Arab Emirates.
To enable us to offer the insurance cover in the countries
above we have had to change our underwriter. All new policies
and renewals will now be underwritten by Lloyds of
London.
IMPORTANT If you use any marketing material or
have website which mentions Norwich Union, Please change it to
Lloyds of London.
Increased Benefits due to
changing to Lloyds
Public Liability
Enhanced Public Liability Cover of £5 million an
increase from the £2 million that we used to cover
(Please update your website etc. to indicate the
increased cover).
One Policy
We have combined our Policy's for Expats and
Holiday homes. You can now offer Expat and Holiday home cover
in all of the countries that we cover.
Earthquake Cover
We can now offer Earthquake cover in all the countries we
insure.
We will not stop there we are always looking at ways to
increase the benefits of our policy, watch this space for more
news.
Do your clients know if there home is properly
protected?
Remember all our policy documents are in English and your
clients will talk directly to a UK-based English speaking
support team.
Working with us is easy. We provide sales and promotional
literature, web links and online marketing support. All our
sales materials and web links carry a unique reference code.
We pay you commission on every new policy written, and on
policy renewals.
